WeYoga21 (one hour)

There's a lot of focus on changing our point of view in this practice. You will begin warming up the body with some gentle movement then into surya namaskar. Poses in this practice will bring your head upside down and sometimes sending your gaze behind you giving you a different perspective. Lots of forward bends, opportunities to place the forehead on the earth and to open the heart, maybe even the throat. Remember that this is your practice, so do the things that call to you and let the rest go.
